I made 4 chicken breasts with this recipe. I cooked two and froze the other two to bake later. The breading is well seasoned and using a spicy pepper jack cheese inside the chicken was good. The chicken was moist. Thank you for sharing your recipe!

Made these exactly per the recipe. They were moist, tender, and very tasty. The best part it was so darned easy to make too. Definately, will be making this again...Thank You so very much for sharing this recipe with us.

These came out very well but I did make the mistake of getting distracted and used egg instead of butter to put the chicken in before the breadcrumb mixture.
It worked really well, but I will have to try this again as written. I will add a little more spice to it though. Just my personal preference, and I will use this recipe again. Thank you.
