    Gently stir the first five ingredients together, do not emulsify. Just before serving, add the fresh Thyme leaves.

    Loved the lemon and thyme combo. Made a really good change from the usual. Very good with a green salad, as per Katie's suggestion.

    I love lemon. I love garlic. I love tart. This was perfect for me although DH ran backwards as he prefers sweet dressings. I used this on a garden salad of fresh greens and salads. Thanks Katie for sharing your recipe!
