Tony's Chicken Tenders With Honey Mustard Sauce

Super recipe! My husband and very picky kids loved it! I didn't have any low-fat mayo, so I used regular and I didn't have any regular Ritz, so I used low-fat. It must have evened out, because they were delicious!
Instead of a bag, I used my food processor to crush the crackers and mix in the spices. I just rolled the chicken in the crackers (I hate to waste a bag
).
The whole thing took less than 30 minutes from taking the chicken out of the fridge to eating it.
