Chinese Soup

A quick and easy noodlebowl. Add shredded pork, bean sprouts or whatever you like on top as a garnish.

Ingredients

  • tablespoon oil
  • cups mushroom (sliced)
  • cups water
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 (80 g) packages ramen noodles
  • tablespoons sherry wine
  • tablespoon lemon juice
  • dash Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup green onion
  • Directions

    1. 1
      Fry mushrooms, and garlic in oil.
    2. 2
      Add water and the flavour packs from the instant noodles. Bring to a boil.
    3. 3
      Add the noodles. Simmer 3 minutes.
    4. 4
      Add onions and your choice of any garnishes.

    Just doesn't get much easier than this! I added some leftover finely diced Pork Marinade for the pork This is a very nice flavored soup.

    Easy and tasty. I made it just as written, using shrimp flavored ramen noodles. I added extra garlic and I put the green onions right into the soup, reserving only some green parts for garnish. I will make this again. Thanx for the recipe.
