The recipe is very good but....needs more lquid I added about 1c of chicken stock and doubled the sauce. Threw in some ginger and flakes. Served over jasmine rice it was a hit.

This recipe doesn't really work the way it is. I needs more liquid and I think maybe chicken stock would help. However, my family disliked it so much I doubt I will tinker with it to find out.

Wonderful chicken! I used boneless skinless thighs (just my preference) and I adapted the recipe to the oven (baked it covered at 375). I took advice from a previous reviewer and added about 1-2 tbsp of honey. I always use low-sodium soy sauce, so saltiness wasn't a problem for me. I served this over fine egg noodles. It's quite a kid-pleaser. This is great when you want something quick and easy. I will make this again in the oven or crockpot. thanx for posting!

TO DIE FOR!!! OMG....This was so wonderful! Got my kids to "lick their plates" of all the sauce! YUM! This has got to be the easiest crockpot recipe I've ever tried — and although I was a bit skeptical because of the peanut butter, I can honestly say that the sauce in this recipe was very, very savory and a little "beefy" as well as a little bit sweet...Another "keeper" that I have been asked to put on our monthly "rotation" of favorite recipes! I'm so glad I tried this one for ZWTII! Good stuff!
