Very easy to make but not really to our liking. The texture was powdery and the cocoa was to strong.

A very easy-to-make finger food that I made for a group I host each month, & for those who like sweets, it was a great tasting treat! Next time I'll be trying a different fruit flavor [so many flavors, so little time!], & the variety is pretty much endless! This will be a definite inclusion in my finger food recipes! Many thanks!

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this slice was to make. I think I undercooked it & will leave it in the oven a bit longer to crisp up more next time - I have been having trouble with my oven temperatures lately. My youngest daughter just loves this slice & has already asked me to make sure I make it again. It's just so easy so why not! Excellent for the kids school lunches, I'm definitely making it again (& again!). Thanks Jewelies
