Good basic marinade recipe. I don't know that it was memorable, but it did make for nice grilled chicken. The best part being these are all ingredients I have on hand at all times so I can just whip it up on the spur of the moment. It had just the right amount of heat for my family, but if you are worried, you can leave the red pepper our. I placed the chicken and marinade in a zip-top bag and froze. I then thawed over night before grilling. It worked perfectly and did not dry out the chicken.

I assumed that "red pepper" meant red pepper flakes, which added a nice kick. Great short term marinade, only left it for an hour or so and the flavour was just strong enough.
