This was really good and much like our local pupusaria! I halved the recipe and used half paprika and half cayenne for our naive tongues.
Easy to throw together and perfect with Authentic Salvadorean Pupusas. Thanks for sharing, Valeria!

This was muy delicioso! Papusas are just about my favorite thing to eat, and I've been looking everywhere for the perfect curtido recipe, so I wouldn't have to hit the streets towards my local papuseria! This was perfect with a little Cholulu hot sauce; I just had one and I need another!!!

We enjoyed this with Pupusa's (El Salvadorean Tortilla). Even though I cut the recipe in half, it does make a large amount. Thank you for this easy recipe Valeria!

I tried this recipe to serve with some homemade pupusas, and it was perfect. Tastes just like the condiment I've had at pupuserias. The longer you let it sit, the better it tastes, in my opinion. Thanks for the recipe. I've been searching for a good one for a long time!
