Wow! What a great dish from some a simple recipe! I served these with Bourbon chicken for my boyfriend's parents and they loved it! His dad kept sneaking potatoes when I was watching, and plans on making it himself. Thanks for a great recipe!

We found this a little bit too sweet. Next time I'll try with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Thanks Lauralie Made for Market tag.

These were delicious! I love how flavorful these are, yet not overpowering. I used toasted sesame oil, but hubby didn't like the smell, so next time will use the light. Great easy recipe; thanks!

This dish was a great success. I used black sesame seeds and these, combined with the green of the scallion against the white of the potato made for a very attractive presentation. And the flavor is surprisingly rich in a dish with so little added fat.
