Light and fluffy! I added a teaspoon of vanilla extract and they were awesome. Better then pancakes every morning!

Yummy! Quick and Easy too (15 minutes from mix to eat)! Soft and tender center(melt in your mouth) with a lighty crisp crust. Kids/Teens loved them. When rolling them, use tongs as the sugar get hot and sticks to the skin. Thanks so much for the recipe!

Excellent recipe. We had a hard time getting the oil to the right temperature but once we mastered that, it was smooth sailing from there. The inside of these doughnuts turns out so smooth and a great white colour! Lovely! We rolled ours in cinnamon sugar at first but felt the flavour was too over powering. We preferred them rolled in icing sugar instead. Thanks for posting this recipe!
