Very easy and ver different. The sugar is listed as optional but I think it really makes a different in the flavor and it softens the bite of the dijon mustard.

Made as written, with one exception: I steamed the green beans in the microwave. Loved them! Thanks Parsley! Made for Cookbook Tag game.

This was so delicious! The dijon mustard was a perfect compliment to the green beans and not at all overpowering. I will definitely be making this again!
