I used frozen mixed berries and a frozen banana (that was sort of soggy by the time I got it in the blender). This was not very sweet at all and I had to add a good shake of splenda. I suspect that's because I used plain fat free yogurt. Vanilla would have had less bite. I enjoyed this after my workout, though. Thanks so much!

    I used frozen straberries and like Chef floWer omitted the ice cubes. Nice thick and delicious. PAC September 2007

    Slurpishes... Little Miss the smoothie lover had this for breakfast. I kept to the recipe but had to use frozen berries so I omit the ice cubes. This was refreshing, thank you for posting Danielle White.
