Here is a good punch recipe for any special occasion. We serve this every year for Christmas Eve. It is always a big hit.

SERVES 20 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Mix the juice concentrates in punch bowl (do not add water).
  2. 2
Stir in the Gingerale then add the Champagne (do not stir after adding the champagne!)

** Note ** The large bottles of Gingerale and Champagne should be equal volumes (I use 2 L. bottles).

Fresh tasting, delicious, not too sweet, festive, and serves a crowd inexpensively... exceptional! I made this punch twice for Christmas gatherings using $4.50 a bottle champagne (or more correctly, sparkling wine) on sale, and liked it so much, it will be my go-to punch recipe from now on. Along with its other attributes, men and women alike enjoyed it. Thank you, polar-express, for this classic recipe! Lynnie

This punch was delicious! I had a jewelry party and served it along with a few choice of wines. Well, I didn't make enough cause it went fast and barely anyone drank the wine. Next time I'll know to double up on the receipe. I used mandarin oranges as the garnish. It looked and tasted wonderful. Thank you so much for the wonderful receipe! Devon from PA

Excellent punch recipe! I used it for my sister-in-law to be's bridal shower and it was fantastic. Has the perfect mix of fruit flavor, champagne, and carbonation. I did add some food coloring to make it a more appealing color, but otherwise wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for a keeper!

I served this punch at a shower. The guests were mostly Food and Beverage people. They could not stop raving about this punch. It was very simple to prepare. I added a fruited frozen gingerale ring. It was fabulous! Absolutely the best! Can't wait for an occasion to serve it again.
