Roasted Garlic-Pepper Green Beans

Recipe #128806 | 12 min | 2 min prep | add private note

By: MommyMakes
Jul 6, 2005

Try something new with tonight's green breans. This is a very easy side dish and a nice change from the traditional. Top with a sprinkle of breadcrumbs if desired! Also, I double the spices when cooking for my husband.

  1. 1
Combine all ingredients in a shallow casserole or gratin dish, or a jelly roll pan.
  2. 2

These were great! I love roasted green beans. I doubled the seasoning and it was right on for me. I'll be making these again and frequently.

Easy to make loaded with flavor- baked at 400F for 20 minutes tossing them 3 times they were hot through and still crisp just the way I want them. I mixed yellow & Green beans (garden is loaded) and I think it looks great. All I can say is MommaMakes great beans!
