Wow, so good. I tried cutting back the recipe for just my husband and myself, with virtually no measuring... Just kind of eyeballed everything. Used half-and-half, because I wanted to use it up. Still came out wonderfully. Was still too much for just us, though, so I'm packing up the leftovers to give to my teenage brother. He'll definitely appreciate them.

Yum. Bacon, potatoes, onion in a white cream sauce with cheese. I added more salt and milk and just cooked it all up in a skillet. The kids loved it.

This was such a fun recipe to make and eat. I've never been to Walt Disney World, but I had fun pretending while I was eating these potatoes. These are really just about the best breakfast potatoes I can remember having. It made for a really special morning. Thanks so much for the recipe.

This tasted like potatoes in white gravy. Overall good, but next time I'll add some cracked black pepper, and a dash of cayenne pepper to make the gravy part not as bland. I used 1/2 cup sharp cheddar, used real diced bacon instead of the bits and topped with green onions. This would be great for a brunch and you could easily substitute diced ham or chopped sausage instead of the bacon. Mushrooms might also be good for vegetarians.
