This recipe is from pillsbury.com. It calls for beef but it is also good with lamb and pork chops. It adds just the right amount of zip to the meat. I made some changes for personal taste. Enjoy!

We've made this with entrecote and it was quite nice, but I do agree with another reviewer that it could have more zing. I think it would be nice to rub the meat with spices like paprika, cumin and/or coriander prior to the grilling. I would also add more chipotle to the butter and maybe some salt, but this is personal taste. We did love the idea of the chipotle butter though and I will use that idea again. Thanks for posting.

I made it with beef steaks and it was wordeful! The trouble was to find adobo sauce, but a friend of mine helped me with it. (Its difficult to find here in Greece both jalapenos and adodos). It was enought spicy for me. I had it with a potato salad and a cold beer. Thanks, PaulaG for this great dish!

This flavorful juicy steak got a 5 stars from everyone. The steak alone was very good but the spicy chipolte butter sent it over the top for us. Will make again. Thanks Psula G. Bullwinkle

This is really good especially when served hot off the grill! I used pork chops and the butter adds another dimension of flavor!
