I totally forgot to add the sour cream & this dish was DELICIOUS!! Then at the last minute, I did add the sour cream... even better! Spicy & wonderful! Absolutely loved it & will be making this for our holiday open house this year.

Wow this was really tasty and delicious! I just loved it, I am forgetful and totally forgot to use the sour cream at the end until after I had served it up but it even tasted great without it, but I will try it with it next time (memory permitting..lol) A lovely wintery recipe!

I was quite worried about all the onion in this but it worked out to be very tasty. I only had 500grams of pork mince so cut back to 1/4 cup onion and 1/4 cup of breadcrumb to make the meatballs. I also only used 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes but keep all the other curry ingredients the same. Really lovely sprinkled with about 1 tablespoon each of coriander and mint. The mint flavour complimented this beautifully.
