Easy tasty crock pot recipe that makes the house smell terrific! UPDATE This can be made then frozen for OAMC.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Brown beef; drain.
  2. 2
    Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
  3. 3
    Mix beef, marinara sauce, mushrooms and tomatoes in crock pot.
  4. 4
    Cook on low 7 - 8 hours.
  5. 5
    Stir in the tortellini and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. 6
    Cover and cook for 15 minutes more.

    **Update**.

    If frozen for OAMC this heats well and does not dry out if you can reheat in freezer bags or sealable bags. Excellent.

Great recipe. My family loved it. We aren't mushroom eaters, so omitted it. Otherwise followed as is and it turned out great. Goes good with a cheese/herb bread on the side, using a little extra marina for dipping.

    My husband made this and it was so good. Did add 2 cloves garlic. So easy to make. Thanks kzbhansen for such a good recipe.

    great recipe....love crockpot ideas! I used frozen tortellin and put right in frozen with other ingredients.cook on low 5 hours was perfect.
