dh loves spam and i tolerate it. i made this grinding the Spam, using shredded cheddar instead of the velveeta and 2 cans of cream of mushroom, didn't have cream of the chicken in the house. oh yeah, no egg noodles either, so i used elbow macaroni

We love this recipe and make it quite frequently. I substitute a can of cream of broccoli for the cream of mushroom. I have also tried adding a package of California style frozen vegetables and it turned out wonderful. Its a very flexible recipe so if you think it could use something give it a try.

I made this on 3/19/08,and since there is only two of us I only made half. Also since there was just us two, I used one can of cream of chicken soup,no mushroom (just a personal choice ).And I added a little bit of ground black pepper, and about 1/4 cup of milk since it was just a little on the thick side. This is a very good dish, this will be made again.Thank you for posting and, "Keep Smiling "

We loved this dish!! Talk about comfort food!!! I did add a can of peas to the soups and melted the velveeta before I added it. Other than that I followed exactly and it was wonderful! Definate kid pleaser!!! Thank you for this alternative to Spam sandwiches!
