Good Beans!! lots of taste

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Trim beans, boil for 4 or 5 minutes until tender crisp- Drain In a cast iron fry pan or saucepan, melt butter add onion and garlic and cook over medium low heat.
  2. 2
    Stir occasionslly until onion is just tender Stir in beans, tyme salt and cayenne, Heat through.
  3. 3
    Add nuts just before serving.

This was absolutely gorgeous! I added in some mushrooms with the butter and the garlic before tossing in the beans and it was fantastic! Really quick and easy, and filling as well!

    A+ dish! Served for Easter and loved by all. I enjoyed this so much that I am making it again this week! Thanks for sharing! SO easy to make too! I left off the nuts, due to allergic guests.

    Wow! Incredible recipe. My husband who will NOT eat green beans in any shape or form actually had SECONDS. I love the garlic, and the cayenne pepper gave it just the right amount of "kick". I used walnuts because that was all I had in the house, but turned out great. This one is a keeper for my house. Excellent!!!
