A summer favourite of mine. Didn't use the borage but used cucumber instead. Can never stop at one so always have to make a large jug full instead!

Well, I can't argue with this! We've been drinking this since we moved to the UK in 2000 and it is a summer ritual now we wouldn't do without. A lovely drink that hits the spot without being too strong, although careful — they are easy to drink and a few can make your cheeks very rosy!
