Awesome Turkey Burgers

Recipe #123390 | 25 min | 10 min prep | add private note

By: Denver Chef
May 23, 2005

This is a slight variation on a Rachael Ray recipe. We love it! And don't be scared...it doesn't taste like turkey, and isn't spicey - despite the ingredients.

SERVES 4 , 4 burgers (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Combine turkey with all ingredients through the grill seasoning blend.
  2. 2
Divide mixture into 4 patties and drizzle with olive oil to coat.
  3. 3
Grill or pan fry until cooked through. (Don't over cook!)
  4. 4
Add cheese and cook until melted.
  5. 5
Toast kaiser rolls and place cooked burgers on the patties.
  6. 6
    Top with avocado.
  7. 7
Additionally, you can add bacon, lettuce, sweet relish, etc. according to your taste.
  8. 8
    Enjoy!

This was yummy! I cooked a few pieces of turkey bacon in the same pan and made turkey bacon burgers. I served the burgers with a side of tomato and cucumber pieces marinated with red wine vinegar and olive oil...a few chips and dinner was served! Thanks for sharing!
