Strawberry Swap Spring 2005 ZWT region is West for the strawberries and the asparagus grown in California.

    Toss the asparagus and strawberries together in a bowl.

    Set aside.

    In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and mix well.

This was so pretty and very good. Since someone said, "double the dressing," and someone else said, "too much dressing," I just followed directions. It turned out great! Reviewed for ZWT4.

    I would rename this "Springtime in a Bowl". So easy to throw together and so pretty. Tasty too. I did think the dressing was a little too sweet and a little too much, but those things are easy to adjust.

    Okay, the picture got me. Seeing something that beautiful, you just have to give it a try. I added some leftover London broil and made it into an entre salad. I thought the dress was a little thin and added 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. It added a little body and bind the lemon juice and oil. Delish!

    I was so pleased with this beautiful salad!!! The colors just scream out summer! The dressing perfectly melds the strawberries and the asparagus. This salad took literally a few minutes to throw together and looked fabulous!!! Thank you LoriInIndiana for a wonderful recipe!!!
