Another Sainsbury’s recipe from Jamie Oliver’s website. Low calorie and low fat, simple to make, nutritious and delicious. I’m still not sure why Jamie Oliver has Sainsbury’s recipes on his website, but that’s where I found it.

Wonderful smoothie recipe. Next time I will freeze fruit for a colder smoothie. I also like that this smoothie is made without the ice. Thanks for sharing. I will make again and again!

YUM! We love this one and because this has no ice cubes in the recipe I can make several batches and store in a large pitcher to use over the course of the week!

This was great! I used vanilla yogurt and soy milk that I needed to use up. Delicious!
