I actually used all but the Paprika (sprinkled over chicken in oven) for a marinade (30 min) and baked in the oven ~ just my preference. This was AWESOME! I turned the pieces once & sprinkled again w/the Paprika. My honeybunny went back for more sauce to ladel over chicken, it was that good...

This recipe was great! Yesterday I worked in the yard all day and early in the morning had taken the boneless chicken thighs out of the freezer. I needed something simple and easy to prepare, and I did not want to go to the grocery store for ingredients. This was the perfect recipe. I served it with my Rice Pilaf, which I prepared in the microwave, and broccoli. This was super easy and super delicious! My DH and I enjoyed it very much. We have leftovers for tonight. I followed AuntSana's suggestion and cooked the thighs in the oven according to her directions. Thanks Tebo for this wonder recipe and AuntSana for your suggestion!

Very good, thank-you, my husband thought it was what he calls "sneaky hot",he enjoyed it and wants it again. My mouth is still tingley. Used skinless, legs. The only problem I had was after the first 6 minutes I took the chicken out to turn it over and the sauce had heavily congealed, so I spooned it into a cup and poured 3 or 4 more tablespoons of sherry in and whisked it up, put the chicken back in and poured the thinned sauce over it. When it was done, (8 minutes) the sauce had thickened again and coated the chicken nicely, without adding any more cornstarch. It will be a repeat. Looking forward to cold left overs. Dorothy

Very tasty! I'm not real fond of meat cooked in the microwave, but I liked the recipe ingredients, so I baked them in the oven. The sauce adhered nicely to the chicken pieces.
