This recipe comes from justberryrecipes.com and is another quick and simple dessert. I have always wanted to try tofu and this recipe sounds very good.

SERVES 2 -4 (change servings and units)

    In a large serving bowl combine the tofu, honey, and vanilla blending well with a fork.

    Once well blended place strawberries on top and sprinkle with the nuts.

Very tasty, but I'm not sure if you would have to have already acquired "a taste for tofu" to love it. I suppose tofu newbies could always add more honey! lol. I tried whisking it in a bowl, but it never got smoother than a cottage cheese look so I put it in the food processor. Ah! Creamy! I used sliced almonds. I couldn't keep out of it and ate the whole bowl tonight. (Oh! I made half a batch. lol.) Reviewed for the Veg*n Recipe Swap.

    Creamy and flavoursome: the honey and vanilla blended really well. I made this with some super-delicious strawberries (rather more than in the recipe: there were 25 in 2 punnets) and I used walnuts which I left whole because that’s what I had on hand. Four of us really enjoyed this! Thanks for sharing!
