Wow- what great flavor. I followed the recipe exactly other then I cooked them on the stove as the propane bottle on my grill was empty. This was really good, tasty and easy to make. Made for Fall PAC 2007.

This was great! I didn't have teriyaki sauce or spice essence so, I used different spices... Onion powder Garlic powder Spaghetti Seasonings Season All Mixed it all together and it was perfect. I buy the frozen chicken breast from Walmart and they seem to have a lot more water in them. This was fast and that is what I needed and it tasted great! My dh loved it and my ds ate all his meat!

Made for March 2008 Freezer Tag Challenge. This is a nice basic marinade recipe. I used Emeril's Essence and Kikkoman teriyaki sauce. The recipe was easy to do and took only a couple of minutes to put together. The only draw back we found is it was extremely salty. I suggest using either a salt free spice blend or a low sodium teriyaki sauce. To freeze: Add chicken and all ingredients to a zip top bag. Label and freeze. To serve: Thaw chicken and grill as desired.

This was delicious and a great way to have high impact flavors in just a few minutes. Used Creole Essence / Bayou Blast as my essence spice blend and store bought teriyaki sauce. The sweetness of the sauce was well balanced and matched by the heat of the spice blend. Served this with grilled zucchini and grilled sweet potatotes. Such a treat to be able prepare dinner on my George Foreman in just 15 minutes. Thanks!
