Moist and delicious. This is the best rice. You can use homemade chicken broth or canned. Very easy to make. Great for company. This is from the Company's Coming cookbook.

Perfect rice with absolutely no effort. A nice basic side dish that even my toddler enjoyed. I love that it can bake along with the rest of the meal and was actually quite proud of myself for making the rice along with baked chicken, carrots and blueberry pudding cake at the same time in the same oven. I love it when dinner comes together!Homemade stock does make a huge difference. I would also suggest a firm long-grained rice like Uncle Ben's for best results. Thanks, LizCl, for a great recipe!
