This is a very good gravy recipe. I did use the Italian Seasoning and will probably substitute garlic powder next time.

Another winner from Miss AnnieI needed an easy dinner and I saw this recipe and decided to do biscuits and gravy. I made the gravy in advance and then came back and popped (I knowPillsbury frozen biscuits in the oven for 28 mins and voila dinner!Excellent!used garlic powder in lieu of the italian seasoning but that was the only changeThanks!PeggyLynn

This sausage gravy was excellent. I did use a full pound of Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage and it did not effect the liquid portion of the gravy. I did not have Italian Seasoning, which was optional, but next time I will try it with.I too cheated and used leftover KFC biscuits. Thanks Miss Annie, this is a winner!!
