This fudge is awesome! I couldn't taste potato in it either. So easy to make, chilling doesn't take all that long either, I think I had it in the fridge about an hour. Thanks for sharing this recipe, I'm always on the look out for quick holiday goodies. Nick's Mom

Nice tasting fudge! Enjoyed the peanut butter flavor along with the crunchiness from the unsalted peanuts. I did mix with my hands and used instant potatoes. No one would believe there were potatoes in this fudge! Loved the flavor and texture, will be making this again soon.
