This was very good! I did make a couple of changes: I used only 1 lb of kiebasa, added a large onion, chopped green bell pepper, chopped red bell pepper and two cloves of minced garlic. I did it once in the crockpot and once in a 350 degree oven for an hour. Both times, my dh licked the platter clean. I served over wide egg noodles and had a green salad on the side. Yum!

We love kielbasa at our house and I was looking for a different way to prepare it. This recipe was not only great but easy too. I served it as a main dish with just some crusty bread and a broccoli salad. Very good!
