Wow!!! I made my first turkey just after Thanksgiving, and I HATED doing it, and peeling all the leftover turkey off the bones, then trying to find more turkey recipes to use it all up. But this has now made it all worth it to me! We'll most certainly make this again!

Got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday so my boyfriend pulled turkey stock out of the fridge and put this together for a light, easy meal. A great recipe found by a wonderful boyfriend who knew exactly what kind of comfort food to find! Thank you for sharing!

This was so good! Cooked down turkey bones and meat for a tasty broth. Used rice instead of noodles. I used yellow onions and fresh carrots which were perfect. My husband ate 4 bowls and my 5 year old twins ate 2 each! Thanks Kaarin for sharing a great recipe!

My family loves this soup, and it is so easy to make! We cook it every time we have leftover turkey. I use whatever remaining gravy I've saved for part of the broth requirement, and we use one cup of milk and one of cream for a rich but not overpowering flavor. Also, I like the texture of fresh carrots better than frozen. I've found that the noodles don't do so well the next day, and our little family of three could not possibly finish the pot in one sitting, so unfortunately we leave the noodles out most times.
