Amazing Homemade Pizza Rolls!

My DH loves those frozen Tony's Pizza Rolls....I'll eat them too, but....what exactly is in them?? We probably don't want to even know! These are MUCH better and at least we know what we're eating!! Buy extra sauce for dipping if you'd like, but they really don't need it. Also, add/omit any ingredients you like or don't like. Make them to your own taste of course. This is what we like in them.

32 eggrolls (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Combine above ingredients except wrappers (and oil).
  2. 2
Place a ¼ cup filling in center of each egg roll. Fold bottom corner over filling. Fold sides toward center over filling. Moisten remaining corner w/water and roll up tightly to seal. Fry in 1” of 375º oil for 1-2 minutes til golden brown.
  3. 3
Serve with addition pizza sauce for dipping if desired.

We REALLY loved these pizza rolls! Great appetizer for parties, but just as good for a snack in front of the boob tube! Will save the recipe to have again many times! Thanks!

These are great and delicious!!!! I think these are so superior to pizza pockets. I know exactly what is in them. My DD, DS, and friends ate them up. I followed all ingredients per recipe except for the pineapple. Thank you for a great recipe. Made for BT

Delicious! I used wonton wrappers instead of egg rolls and I baked them at 400*F for 15-20 minutes without frying at all. They worked out great and without all that extra fat. Wonderful recipe, we'll definitely be making it again.

I made these over the weekend, and I think they are sooo much better than the premade stuff you get at the grocery! The filling possibilities are endless. I froze the extras and reheated them in my oven. Even better the second time around!
