Just a few alterations resulted in a great soup. Having no Italian seasoning I substituted 1/2 tsp. of crushed Oregano, and a couple of shakes of Italian dressing. For the chicken broth I used Bisto savoury gravy for poultry. I also added about 6 tsp. of 1/2 and 1/2 cream, The result was a wonderful smooth and great tasting soup. A distinct taste to be recommended. Bangers n'Mash

I thought this soup was easy and tasty. I altered the receipe by cooking the veggies first, then mashing some of them for thickness. It was delicious! Thank you for your receipe!

Very tasty and nutritious! I used more than double the garlic stated in the recipe, and I think I will use even more next time I make this soup.

So simple & so good. took minutes to make. The garlic is a must and I think bit of Coriander would be nice too - This could, I think, be a cold soup as well Loved it thanks Tebo for a delicious soup recipe
