I made this as directed although I really wanted to add a bit of honey but I didn't. These little morsels are delicious without the sweetness. I made them this past Sunday as an appetizer during the Football games and we munched on them throughout the day. Yummy!! Thanks for sharing!

Easy and good mushrooms. I cut the amount of oil in hlaf so they wouldn't be so greasy. I think that I would use sesame oil or peanut oil for next time. Near the end of cooking, I added a 1/4 tsp or so of sugar to counter the vinegar a bit. These make great appys, but I'd love them as a side dish, too. Thanx!

Outstanding. Easy to put together. We are garlic lovers so that was a real plus. The sauce is so good and gives the shrooms a wonderful flavor. I used small button mushrooms. You are right, can't eat just one. Thanks for a terrific recipe.
