Directions

    Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl and form into 4 large patties.

    Brush with olive oil and cook 7 minutes each side over medium high heat in nonstick pan.

    Serve on split buns with lettuce, tomato and ranch dressing.

Forgot to add 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped. My husband LOVES these burgers, and he normaly doesn't do burgers. Super moist, great flavor!

    These were very yummy, we did put a slice of swiss cheese on them, but that is because we are cheese addicts. These were very juicy. Will be having these often!

    Wow, this deserves way more than 5 stars...it is sooo good and healthy as well. I used about 1 teaspoon jarred thyme, instead of fresh and served with ranch, ketcup, mustard and lettuce. This is now one of my favorites, I'll be making this often! Thank you for posting Shirl!
