I made this last night and my son who likes broccoli, but hates onions and mushrooms, loved this dish! I added about a tablespoon of fresh chopped garlic, and used fat-free mayonnaise (which cuts out so much fat and calories, but still tasted great!!), baked for 40 minutes, and then broiled it for about 5 minutes to brown the cheese. Easy and very yummy!

An excellent comfort food type of casserole. I made some changes to make it a little healthier, and it was still great! I used 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup, half the amount of cheese, half the amount of mayo, and egg whites instead of whole eggs. Thanks for such a tasty and easy side dish.

We really loved this casserole. I used sharp cheddar cheese and Cream of Mushroom Soup with Roasted Garlic... and we really enjoyed the way this turned out. I think if I hadn't used the sharp cheddar, and the soup with roasted garlic, there would not have been quite as much flavor shining through as there was. Thank you so much for this delicious recipe! Easy to prepare, and tastes great without too much sauciness. I topped mine with some crushed Ritz crackers for an added touch. Delicious! Thanks for posting.
