Don't know what happened but my marshmallow didn't float to the top. I used sugar free jello and that's the only reason I can think of. Anyway, I used strawberry/banana flavored jello and it was wonderful tasting. A nice easy to fix, low calorie treat.

I have this recipe and have made these several times. We just love them! If I might pass along a hint, use wax paper in the pan and spray the paper lightly with cooking spray. It sure makes the rolling process alot easier. Great recipe!

My kids loved these. Great fun to make. I used blackcurrant jelly and white marshmallows. It looked very pretty. Pretty sticky, though, so I rolled them in sugar, which worked well.
