I love the aroma! The drink itself is like a mulled wine, but without the wine. It's a nice, non-alcoholic drink that is festive, therefore special.

I used half apple juice and half water. I cut down the amount of sugar (since I used the juice) and also cut the amount of cinnamon. I enjoyed this with some ginger snaps and it was a nice alternative to coffee.I'll make this again!

The Aroma that fills your home is Heavenly! I did need to additional sweetener! As for so much cinnamon tended to make it bitter. I`m sure that the cinnamon can be cut by 1/2. This is warming and relaxing. A great way to lower your blood pressure. The addition of toasted pine nuts seems to mellow the bitterness as well. Skipped the walnuts. Thanks for a new taste experience. Apple juice in place of the water would be great! Thanks!

This is such a wonderful drink I must say the only thing i do not use is the Pine nut and only use walnuts but great for a nice winter drink....
