Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Make your own buffalo chicken wraps at home. Great for lunch.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Pre season chicken with garlic powder, salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. 2
    Combine 1/3 cup of hot sauce and 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large plastic storage bag.
  3. 3
    Add the chicken and shake a bit to ensure chicken is evenly coated with marinade.
  4. 4
    Marinade chicken at least 30 minutes.
  5. 5
    Grill chicken until done.
  6. 6
    Slice chicken into strips.
  7. 7
    Place chicken in bowl and add 1/3 cup of hot sauce and dressing and cheese, mix well.

    Place chicken mixture and lettuce down the center of the tortilla.
  9. 9
    Roll tortilla in same fashion as a burrito.
  10. 10
    Cut in half.

    Enjoy!

Very very very good! Followed directions exactly, except I missed the part about mixing the cheese in with the dressing and chicken so I just sprinkled it on the tortilla. I also used wheat tortillas. Thanks for the great recipe!

    These were really good. I did skinny them up a bit for Weight Watchers. I omitted the cooking oil and just used Franks Buffalo wing sauce to marinade. I used a Fat free tortilla, Reduced Fat Ranch dressing and Fat free Mild Cheddar. Thanks for posting will be making again!!
