Very Good! I only had 1 can of creamed corn, so I added 1 can of drained hominy, and it was good that way too. I did change the recipe a little by reducing the sugar and adding butter. Next time I'll make it the same way as follows: 2 cans cream-style corn OR 1 can creamed corn + 1 can drained hominy OR 2 corn & 1 hominy for 6 or more people 2 eggs 1/3 cup sugar 2 cups cracker crumbs (I just used Saltines) 1 cup milk 3 tablespoons butter We all liked it well enough to make it a regular at our house, as it's super easy to make, inexpensive, and has a real good flavor. There are 3 of us, and we had this with turkey breast, mashed potatoes & gravy & had half of it left. My husband even thought it company-worthy. Thank you chapJ for the great recipe!
