Chocolate Mint Snow Top Cookies

This was so easy and is a great kid pleaser! This brings back childhood memories for me also - my Dad used to make something similar for me as a kid, only he didn't call it jelly whip. It took only about 5 minutes to prepare and I simply checked the gelatin one hour before the package directions indicated it would be ready - added the milk, and let it continue to chill. I used a small 3 ounce (4 serving size) box of gelatin.

really good recipe that I have made with just ordinary milk. I made it today with thick tinned milk and it was really nice. I wonder if you whip double cream and add that to the jelly, what happens, will let you know
