Nice and smokey, spicy and easy clean up. If you like it sweet try some brown sugar sprinkled on it too.

This is a fantastic way to prepare bacon. No more standing at the stove frying in batches. I liked the sweet and spicy flavor for this bacon. Thank you for posting this yummy way to serve bacon.

I pretty much agree with all the other reviews. Sweet, spicy, delicious... I also have to say that cooking bacon in the oven is the only way I will ever do it from now on. Excellent!

Very tasty and a no-mess way to prepare bacon as well. I used smoked bacon, the maximum amount of black pepper, substituted regular chili powder for the chipotle (nearly impossible for me to get here) and did use the brown sugar. Will certainly be doing this again! thanks for posting.

Oh how I wish I never tasted this. I usually prefer sausage links to bacon. I had some bacon so I thought I would try this and OMG I had to stop myself from eating half of it. My husband asked me what was for dinner tonight and I told him and he said oh. He wanted bacon again for dinner tonight. This will be the only way I make bacon from now on. Thanks Rita for a wonderful way to make bacon!
