Cherry Cream Cheese Pie

Easy yummy dessert. Make your own cherry mix if you want but sometimes it's nice to take a shortcut. I use E.D. Smith pie filling. This is another no fail recipe.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Whip cream cheese with sugar until fluffy.
  2. 2
    Blend in vanilla.
  3. 3
    Fold in whipped cream.
  4. 4
    Blend thoroughly.
  5. 5
    Spoon into pie shell.
  6. 6
    Spread cherries over the top.
  7. 7
    Refrigerate over night, covered.

This was so yummy. I added a 12 tsp. of lemon extract to the topping and it was so good I could have eaten the whole pie. This one is a keeper! Thanks.

    Good, easy and pretty. I used a graham cracker crust which was perfect. Nice for a summer day!

    I like easy and good. I bought the pie shell and used Cool Whip. Came together real fast and looked great. The out of town guests loved it.
