This is a fantastic way to enjoy crispy potatoes. I love to serve this with my recipe for Full Flavored Steak #99104. I hope you enjoy it! The recipe is from Better Homes & Gardens / Great Cooking For Two.

I liked this recipe. Very simple and tasty. I think leftovers would be great for hash browns. Thank you!

Delicious. I doubled recipe and put a little garlic on baking sheet with the butter, hot sauce and seasoning and placed in oven for a couple minutes when oven preheating. I removed baking sheet to brush melted butter on the potatoes and put back in oven to cook. upon removing potatoes when done cooking I flipped them and placed some shredded cheese on each and they sat 5 minutes to melt....served with sour cream. Yum!!!!!!!!!

Boy, these got rave reviews around the dinner table last night! I used Yukon Golds that were in my pantry....a wonderful combination of crispy, fluffy, and buttery. Thanks for posting!
