Made this a few weeks ago and it was fantastic! My hubby is a picky p.i.t.a and he loved it! I made it as it is posted but I used macademia nuts, so tasty. Thanks DiB for sharing.

This recipe was really disappointing. It sounds great on paper, but when I cooked it, the nuts burned before the fish was cooked through. I had to toss it all out - what a waste.

Very good - tasty and moist. We used cashews and ended up with at least one cup leftover cashews. Next time I'll use 1/2 cup instead of 2 cups nuts! But there WILL be a next time; everyone liked the recipe.
