I already have 2 amazingly awesome choc. chip cookie recipes that my family loves, so honestly I wasn't looking for another. But this one caught my attention when it only called for 1/2 cup butter. I made the recipe almost as stated, I used 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar and reduced the choc chips to 3/4 cup. I also made the cookies smaller (got 45 small but not tiny cookies), so 10 min for baking was perfect. The reason for the few modifications I made was so that these would only be 1 POINT in WEIGHT WATCHERS WORLD. Although these are not my fave cookies (sorry) they really fill in that "I'm on a diet but am dying for a non-diet tasting cookie"! Thanks for sharing!

I thought these sounded interesting and wanted to try something new with cc cookies. I was suprised to see no brown sugar in the recipe, but you don't miss it in the taste. I thought the dough was great with the rice krispies in it. After baking, I expected them to remain crispy, but they actually get kinda hard and chewy. That's not a bad thing, jut not what I expected. The overall taste of the cookie is good though.

First of all, I don't know where they got the idea that this only made 15 cookies! I got about 4 dozen out of the recipe. These are pretty good, it's a nice change from the standard chocolate chip cookie. It is also really easy to make and it's one of those recipes that you always have everything in your kitchen already. Overall, not bad, I'll probably make them again.
