This is Emeril's version of mango lassi. It's not usual for me to have OJ and honey in a lassi, so tempted to try it.

I went out and bought a mango just so I could try this recipe. I tossed in rounded amounts of the items asked for and then hit blend until the mix looked smooth. I Love the flavor of mango and orange!! Light and refreshing with the tang of yogurt as well! wonderful wonderful recipe!!

This worked out beautifully for me. I prefer tart-sweet light lassis as against the heavy fat laden sweet ones, and this was perfect. I didn't measure out any of the ingredients, just dumped them directly into my blender as per taste. I did sub fresh ground cardamom for the rose water due to personal preference. Thanks Varsha for posting this refreshing recipe!
