No-Egg Caesar Dressing (Rachael Ray's)

Recipe #105760 | 10 min | 5 min prep | add private note

I love the simplicity of the ingredients. I don't always want a heavy caesar dressing. Best of all was the reaction of my teenaged son, who exclaimed with a surprised expression, "This is good!" when he first tried it. Feel free to add more garlic or double recipe.

A wonderful salad dressing, it is one I will make often. Perfect flavor for a light-tasting caesar salad, and I love that there isn't any egg in it. Mixing the parmesan cheese in the blender with the other ingredients makes it special. Croutons are a nice touch with this dressing, btw. Thanks, Roxygirl, for sharing a great recipe!

Wonderfully tasty dressing! I'm especially loving the no-egg part. Made as written and served with romaine and diced left over rotisserie chicken for a quick and easy mid-week supper. YUH-UH-MMMY!! Thank you Roxygirl!
