Crustless Ham Quiche

This is a delicious, creamy cheesy quiche.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cook mushrooms in butter over low to medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until tender; set aside.
  2. 2
    Combine eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, parmesan, flour onion powder and hot sauce in a blender.
  3. 3
    Blend until smooth.
  4. 4
    Combine egg mixture, mushrooms, Monterey Jack cheese and ham.
  5. 5
    Pour into greased 10-inch quiche dish.
  6. 6
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.

This is Really GOOD! Easy to make and has a delicate texture. I put it in my favorites.

    Wonderful. I omitted the sour cream (didn't have any!) and added about 1/4 cup of half and half. Will definetly make again.

    I loved it. DH said it was OK. We should have had it for breakfast. It was perfect for a quiche. I added extra ham.
